Pristine Home Care is a state-licensed, non-medical home care agency serving families in Charlotte and surrounding North Carolina communities. Our services include personal care, companion care, and dementia care. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, diagnosis, or medication administration. Service availability depends on location, caregiver availability, an in-home assessment, and, where applicable, payer authorization.

2. No medical advice

The information on the Website is for general informational purposes only. 3. No service agreement formed

Home care services begin only after an assessment and a signed client service agreement. 4. Payment & coverage information

We describe payment options on the Website, including private pay, NC Medicaid programs, managed care plans, and long-term care insurance. Eligibility, covered services, and approved hours are decided by the applicable program, plan, or insurer, not by Pristine Home Care. We cannot guarantee that any program or policy will cover your services. Rates and payment terms are confirmed in writing before services begin.

5. Employment applications

Job listings on the Website do not create an offer or contract of employment. Our online application is hosted by a third-party workforce platform. Hiring depends on our screening process, which includes interviews, criminal background checks, employment and reference verification, and health and training requirements.
